Research- Questionnaire

I have created a questionnaire for other students to complete for me to continue to research and plan my magazine as a result of gaining information on what people would like to see in a magazine.

From this research I have found out that from the people who have taken this questionnaire, they read magazines rarely. This may be due to the magazines that are already available aren't interesting for them or doesn't contain the information about the bands and music that they enjoy. As a result of this when creating my magazine I am going to try and create it so that it is different and stands out from other magazines that are available.

Another aspect that I have learned from the questionnaire is that the majority of people like Indie Rock, however other than this the rest of the genres are equally liked. This shows that from the people who have taken this questionnaire have a varied liking in music which allows me to create a magazine that it open to most music genres to appeal to a large group of people.

The magazines that the people are currently reading is the Kerrang magazine, from knowing this I am going to look at the Kerrang magazine to see what the magazine does well and what makes it favourable of others and what makes it successful as a magazine.

   

Reseach of different shot types

I have done some reseach to find out about some different types of shots in media for my magazine reseach. As a result of this I have created an small anaylsis of the different shot types.
